Hello, I'm Neil. I’m an award winning Post Production Editor with over 20 years Broadcast Television experience.
A graduate of the BBC’s ‘Post Production Operational Trainee’ scheme I have worked across a number of programme genres including Natural History, Documentaries, Features, Factual and Entertainment.
I’m ‘Lead Editor’ on 2 major returning Television series.
In 2007 I was named as one of Broadcast Magazines annual ‘Hotshots’.
I’m a creative, confident and optimistic person who has fantastic interpersonal skills. I can work extremely quickly under intense pressure and consistently deliver high quality content. I’m fascinated by the ‘Art’ of storytelling and believe I can provide essential objectivity and contribute strongly with editorial.

Specialist Live OB’s working onsite and up to transmission from the country’s premier flowers shows. As Lead Editor I manage a team of up to 9 Editors and 3 Assistants, developing and implementing workflows and helping with the hire of kit and on site logistics. This is an extremely fast turnaround environment working on a ratio of 50 minutes in the edit for every 1 minute on screen, I.E a 3 minute item is edited in 2 ½ hours.

As Lead Editor I helped successfully move the Programme from an in house department in Birmingham to an external Facility in Bristol and then again between facilities in Bristol, developing and implementing Workflows.
